I'm leaving for a road trip/beach vacation tomorrow, and I feel more than ready to get out of the city, into the car, and onto a beach towel - it's been getting hot again here after a period of mid-summer warmth, and I'm ready to not feel pressured to sit at my computer and plan my syllabus.

oh, I wish! No digital camera, however (I am a lousy picture-taker, in terms of both quantity and quality, although perhaps if I got that magical New Camera everything would change).
